
Celine Dion
Superstar Celine Dion will be celebrating its 46th birthday this weekend with a cake made by chef Graham Tinsley Wales.
The chef, managed by the Welsh National Culinary Team globetrotter was asked to create the cake during a visit 10 days of full commitment to Canada.
During the trip, Mr. Tinsley gave presenter Danielle McGimsie Canadian entertainment series Etalk a master class in creating roses cake for a program to be aired on March 30 to correspond with the birthday of the Ms. Dion.

A Welsh adopted , Mr. Tinsley , originally from St Helens, has had a distinguished career working in some of the best hotels in the UK and Europe, including the Midland Hotel, Manchester and The Dorchester , London , where he worked under Anton Mosimann .
It was the first visit by the chef to Canada, where he met with the chefs who competed against in various culinary events around the world including the Culinary Olympics.
During the visit, he promoted Wales and Welsh food quality at every opportunity. He said:
"It was a fantastic trip, one that I will remember for the rest of my life the range of things we did for 10 days is amazing everyone was very friendly and treated us very well. . ."
Mr. Tinsley is currently head chef at De Vere Carden Park, Cheshire, and director of the Castle Hotel in Conwy. He was awarded an MBE in 2006 for services to the food industry in Wales. He has previously cooked for the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Edward and Prince of Wales, who is patron of the Welsh National Culinary Team.
His next big challenge is the Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg in November. Although help senior and junior Welsh teams prepare for the competition, he has to take something of a back seat, as it is one of 40 chefs from around the world that have been made to judge the prestigious competition .
Last year, he led Wales to gold medals and fourth place overall against the best teams in the world at the Dubai World Championship Hospitality.
